Ozomatli and New Shows at World Cafe Live!  |

Ozomatli, the ten-piece hip hop, jazz, fusion, and rock band from Los Angeles, is performing at World Cafe Live on Wednesday, April 28th at 8:00 PM with Rubblebucket.
After a number of notable appearances and performances over the past 14 years, including Conan O’Brien, Bonnaroo 2008, Dancing with the Stars, supported O.A.R. on their 2008 “All Sides” tour and more, Ozomatli is set to release a new album, Fire Away, on April 20th. They are touring in support of their new album.
Ozomatli’s music-- a notorious urban-Latino-and-beyond collision of hip hop and salsa, dancehall and cumbia, samba and funk, merengue and comparsa, East LA R&B and New Orleans second line, Jamaican reggae and Indian raga-- has long followed a key mantra: it will take you around the world by taking you around L.A.
