Rancid Singer Featured In New Web Series
Rancid singer Tim Armstrong is branching out. The vocalist is teaming with "Live Freaky! Die Freaky!" director John Roecker to produce a new web-based series called "Svengali." AlternativePress.com reports that the show, which features both Armstrong and Roecker in acting roles, is a detective series with Roecker portraying a drunken detective battling an evil professor, played by Armstrong. The webisodes will also have a guest starring appearance by The Go-Go's Jane Wiedlin. "Svengali," designed for a mature audience, will run through March. |
