Report: "Glee" Actor Mark Salling Laughs Off Allegations Of Car Vandalism
"Glee" actor Mark Salling is laughing off the alleged vandalization of his car by a co-star. According to UsMagazine.com, Salling didn't deny his vehicle had been keyed and pegged with food; he just wishes it had been food he likes better, like "mushrooms." Speaking on the Emmy red carpet on Sunday, Salling said, quote, "They should throw a cheeseburger at my car. I'd appreciate that!" It was reported last week that Salling's "Glee" co-star Naya Rivera and her friends allegedly egged and keyed Salling's Lexus after Rivera found out he had been seeing other girls, besides her, over the summer. She reportedly thought they were an exclusive couple, but he apparently thought otherwise. A friend of Salling's, Samantha Marq, defended him last week saying, quote, "It's hard to call it infidelity when they weren't officially together!"
"Glee" was nominated for 19 Emmys for its first season on Fox. Actress Jane Lynch took home the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series Sunday night. The show's creator, Ryan Murphy, took home the Emmy for Outstanding Directing For A Comedy Series. The second season of the Emmy-winning show premieres on Tuesday, September 21st. |
