Paris Hilton was arrested on a DUI charge in Los Angeles. Cops say Hilton had a blood-alcohol content of point-oh-eight, which is the minimum level for an arrest in California. Hilton claimed she only had one margarita on an empty stomach, and that she was in a hurry to get to an In-N-Out Burger restaurant. Nelly Furtado, Elton John, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Rihanna and the Black Eyed Peas all took the stage the third annual Fashion Rocks event.
