Woman Claiming To Be Michael Jackson's Daughter Denied DNA Test
A woman claiming to be the daughter of late pop superstar Michael Jackson has suffered a setback in court. According to TMZ.com, an L.A. County Superior Court judge has denied Mocienne Petit Jackson's request for a court-ordered DNA test. The judge is also preventing her from receiving custody of Michael Jackson's kids and a piece of the music icon's inheritance. Earlier this summer, Mocienne filed paperwork claiming that a 17-year-old Michael Jackson impregnated the woman she says is her mother -- Barbara Ross-Lee -- who also happens to be the sister of singer Diana Ross. Mocienne claimed Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, arranged to have her abducted to Belgium to help protect her son's image. She went on to allege that all seven of her abductors were eventually murdered. Barbara Ross-Lee commented on Mocienne Petit Jackson's allegations, calling the woman "delusional" and her story "bizarre."
