In 1998
Former Sex Pistols and PiL frontman John Lydon was the defendant on an episode of "Judge Judy." A drummer who claimed Lydon gave him a head-butt during a contract dispute was suing him over the incident.

Gwen Stefani and Jack Osbourne were among those on "People" magazine's Best Dressed 2005 list.
In 2006
Good Charlotte and The Eurythmics' Dave Stewart were among those who took part in a special recording session in Hollywood to commemorate the 35th anniversary of Greenpeace.
In 2007
Kid Rock, Motley Crue's Tommy Lee, and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, and System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian were involved in different skirmishes during the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards, which took place in Las Vegas. Rock and Lee got into a tussle that led to Rock getting a police citation, while Wentz had a little dust up with a security guard at the Mirage's Jet nightclub. Odadjian was in a brawl that put Mastodon singer Brent Hinds in the hospital with a brain hemorrhage and other head wounds. Hinds was reportedly drunk at the time, and is said to have instigated the incident. Fall Out Boy and Gym Class Heroes were among the rockers taking awards. Rihanna and Jay-Z were the event's big winners.
