Report: Former Britney Spears Bodyguard Files Suit
A former bodyguard for Britney Spears is filing a lawsuit against the pop star. Fernando Flores filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court Wednesday afternoon, over what he says were "repeated unwanted sexual advances" the pop star made toward him while he worked for her. Flores began working for the pop star in February of this year. Sources said earlier this summer that the former bodyguard handed in his notice after he reportedly got fed up with what he says was her sexual harassment of him. According to TMZ.com, Flores alleges Spears exposed her genitals to him, engaged in sex acts in front of him, and asked him to come to her room -- where she stood naked before him.
Flores also accuses his security firm employers of mocking his complaints over Spears' alleged actions. He is seeking unspecified damages for sexual harassment and emotional distress. |
